By downloading, installing, or using Visa Bunny ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Visa Bunny is a personal travel visa tracking tool that helps you monitor stay durations, visa expiration dates, and travel history. The app provides informational tools for personal use.

Important Disclaimer

Visa Bunny is NOT a substitute for professional legal or immigration advice. Visa rules, stay limits, and entry requirements change frequently and vary by nationality, visa type, and individual circumstances. The information provided by this app:

• Is based on general publicly available visa rule data
• May not reflect the most current regulations
• Does not account for individual circumstances, travel history, or special conditions
• Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for travel decisions

Always verify visa requirements with the official embassy or consulate of your destination country, or consult a qualified immigration professional.

Subscriptions

• Visa Bunny offers auto-renewing subscriptions for premium features
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when purchasing a subscription

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into the app
• You are responsible for verifying visa requirements independently
• You must comply with all applicable immigration laws and regulations

Data and Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your travel data is stored locally on your device.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings screen in the app. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visa Bunny and its developers shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to:

• Missed flights, denied entry, or overstay penalties resulting from reliance on app data
• Inaccurate visa rule information
• Loss of data stored on your device
• Service interruptions or app unavailability

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Visa Bunny are protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
