How does Visa Bunny calculate my stay duration?

Visa Bunny counts the entry day as day 1 of your stay. For example, if you enter a country on March 1 with a 90-day visa, your last allowed day is May 29 (90 days including March 1).

Is the visa information accurate?

We maintain a database of general visa rules, but visa requirements change frequently. Always verify with the official embassy or consulate of your destination. Visa Bunny is an informational tool, not legal advice.

How does location detection work?

When you grant location permission, Visa Bunny uses your device's GPS to determine which country you're in. This is used only for automatic stay tracking. We use "When In Use" permission only — the app does not track your location in the background.

Can I use the app without granting permissions?

Yes! All permissions are optional. Without location permission, you can manually select your country. Without notification permission, the app works normally but won't send deadline reminders.

How do I delete my data?

Go to Settings and tap "Delete Account". This permanently deletes all your data including stays, visas, profile, and settings. This cannot be undone.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your device Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions, find Visa Bunny, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Open the app, go to Settings, tap the subscription card, then tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall screen.
