Visa Bunny ("we", "our", "the app") is a travel visa tracking application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Data We Collect
Data You Provide
- Passport countries - to look up visa rules for your nationality
- Visa information - visa types, dates, and country details you enter
- Stay records - entry/exit dates and countries for your travel history
- Account name - a display name you choose during setup
Data Collected Automatically
- Location data (when permitted) - your approximate location to detect which country you are in. Used only for automatic stay tracking. We use "When In Use" authorization only.
- Device identifiers - for subscription management via RevenueCat
How We Use Your Data
- Calculate visa stay durations and deadlines
- Send local push notification reminders about upcoming visa expirations
- Detect your current country for automatic stay tracking (only with your permission)
- Manage your subscription status
Data Storage
All your personal data (stays, visas, passport info, settings) is stored locally on your device using an on-device SQLite database. We do not upload your travel data to any server.
Subscription data is managed by RevenueCat and Apple. See their respective privacy policies for details.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. We do not use advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking.
Third-Party Services
Your Rights
- Access - All your data is visible within the app
- Deletion - Use "Delete Account" in Settings to permanently erase all your data
- Portability - Your data is stored locally on your device
- Permissions - You can revoke location and notification permissions at any time in your device Settings
Children's Privacy
Visa Bunny is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
